Eye tracking was used by the Swiss Ice Hockey Association to study the gaze behavior of players during shooting in ice hockey. Researchers wanted to find out if there are different gaze control types that correlate with a high scoring efficiency when executing a slapshot directly after a pass. This gaze replay clip shows the eye movements of one of the players, who participated in the study.
